Okiyumi
Privacy Policy
How Okiyumi collects, uses and protects your data.
Effective date: September 2, 2026
This policy explains what information Okiyumi collects, why it is needed, and how it is kept safe. We design our services to collect only what is necessary.
1. Information we collect
Account information: nickname, username, email (if provided), password hash and Telegram link details.
Service data: session tokens, IP addresses, user agents and login events used for security and debugging.
Product usage: requests for access, product preferences and optional settings such as interface density.
2. How we use information
To provide and secure your Okiyumi ID and connected products.
To detect abuse, protect accounts and maintain service reliability.
To communicate important updates, such as security notices or product availability.
3. Data storage
Data is stored on infrastructure we control or lease. Passwords are hashed, session tokens are handled securely, and secrets are never returned to the browser.
We keep logs only as long as needed for security and operational purposes.
4. Cookies and sessions
Okiyumi uses an encrypted session cookie to keep you signed in. No third-party tracking cookies are used.
Theme and language preferences are stored locally in your browser unless you sign in, in which case preferences can be synced with your account.
5. Third parties
Telegram is used for account linking and support. We verify Telegram data server-side and do not trust client-provided identifiers.
We do not sell personal data to advertisers or data brokers.
6. Your rights
You can update your profile, change your password, review active sessions and end them from the Security page.
For questions about data deletion or exports, contact us through the support page or official Telegram channel.
7. Changes
This policy may be updated as the ecosystem grows. We will post the new policy with an updated effective date.
